Following Breckland Council’s refusal of Orbit Homes’ planning application on the Attleborough Road site, Bowbridge Land took over the site from Orbit Homes and progressed the appeal through to determination. On 8 September 2016 the Inspector allowed the appeal, thereby granting consent for the 39 home scheme.
